- For Direct Recruitment - Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/HRM from a recognized Institute / University with 8 years managerial experience in any organization of repute having knowledge of administration, finance and accounts matters, establishment, maintenance of the premises, etc.

- Pay - Rs. 15,600 - 39,100/-, Grade Pay - 5,400/- PM
- Age - 30 years
- First Class (60%) Engineering Graduates or MCA . Those appearing in final year examination can also apply.

- Pay - Rs. 15,600 - 39,100/-, Grade Pay - 6,600/- PM
- Age - 33 years
- First Class (60%) Engineering Graduates or MCA with 3 years experience OR Post Graduate in Engineering / Technology in CS/IT or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience OR Ph.D in CS/IT or equivalent.
